Ayaan M. and Riya S. are high school juniors with a strong interest in intellectual discourse, debate, and global affairs. Through their passion for discussing current events, international policy issues, and topics such as climate change, they recognized a lack of accessible platforms where both students and adults can thoughtfully express their perspectives in a written, blog-style format. This realization led to the creation of The Debater, a forum designed to encourage open dialogue by allowing individuals to submit concise opinion articles. They are excited to launch this platform as a space where students can share ideas, develop their voices, and engage meaningfully with the issues shaping our world.
