Health applies to more than lack of sickness
Being healthy means more than just not being sick. To me, it means having balance in your life physically, mentally, and emotionally. A healthy person eats nutritious food, gets enough sleep, exercises, and drinks water, but health also includes managing stress and taking care of their mental health. For example, someone can look physically fit but still be unhealthy if they are always overwhelmed or anxious. The best ways to be healthy are usually the simple habits people forget to prioritize, like sleeping enough, moving your body every day, and taking breaks when you need them. Healthy living is not about perfection or strict diets. It is about making choices that help your body and mind feel strong over time. In my opinion, being healthy means feeling good, having energy, and being able to handle daily life in a way that supports both your body and your mind.
