AI, how can it hurt us or help us?

I believe that AI can be very helpful in some ways: it can help create a practice test, answer questions, or deepen your understanding of a certain topic. I think it can be a very powerful tool because sometimes in school, your teacher doesn’t explain things very well, and you need a personalized tutor. I think this can be good for students without much money to reap the benefits of a tutor. However, there are serious risks to using AI as well. AI can cause cognitive outsourcing, especially in a humanities class, where it can write for you and think for you. This can possibly stifle creativity and cause humans to lose the one thing that distinguishes us: creativity. I believe this can be harmful, and we should be very careful.
