Health>Appearance
I personally do not think this is true. I think that society should not make lower body weight seem like the only good or normal body type because that pushes people to things like unhealthy eating habits, criticism, shame, and even things like eating problems. Health conditions can affect things like weight, cholesterol, and blood pressure, and the norms that the world has made that everyone should be a lower body weight isn’t fully right and should be more heavily focused on encouragement to a healthy weight, balanced eating, and regular exercise, and that even small amounts of weight loss can help improve those conditions.
And I also think that, at the same time, society should focus on health rather than appearance, because everyone’s body is different, and not all weight comes from the same causes. Instead of just making one body type the ideal or norm, we should be encouraged to make healthy choices in ways that are realistic and respectful towards everyone, so that, in turn, it's better for everyone's well-being and not just a smaller standard.
